About Marie Noelle Metseye Longmene
I am a wife, mother and a real estate broker driven by a deep passion for homeownership and real estate investment. I have worked in the real estate field for several years and thrive on exceeding my client’s expectations. Through my personal and consultative business approach, my extensive knowledge of the local market dynamics, and by offering services that may not be readily available through other real estate brokers, I am able to ensure that I provide the best buying or selling experiences for my clients. I offer solid advice on how to assess, market, and improve my client’s homes so they can get the highest rate of return on their investment when it comes time to sell.I am fluent in French, German, and English, which allows me to better assist in relocation services and to communicate more successfully on behalf of my clients. I also come from a background in computer engineering, which gives me an analytical approach that many other brokers do not have. For me, my job is always centered on providing client-focused service and being a valuable resource for all real estate needs, even after your transaction has closed.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy trying out new recipes at home and dance. I am an active member of many social groups within the black community, which allows me to connect, empower and share my stories with other black women. I am a member of the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce and am a part of the team ‘Building a Bright Future for Bothell’. For every real estate transaction that I facilitate, I make a donation in my clients’ names to Washington Autism Alliance & Advocacy. I take pride in giving back to my community and to organizations that matter the most to me.
